A question for the hgh experts. Hgh 10iu (3.7mg) per vail. What is the recommend dose for anti aging ? I am 55 years young. I was told 3iu. Is this correct?
For anti-aging you would do 1 IU per day of pharmaceutical grade HGH and then do a blood test to check your somatomedin c (IGF1 serum) after 4 weeks. No doctors will prescribe or recommend 3 IU a day. If you're using blackmarket HGH then go for 2 IU per day and do a blood test after 4 weeks.

The problem is that if you are using Chinese HGH and reconstituting with 0.9% saline solution then the HGH will denature quickly after about 2 days. You want to use bacteriostatic water which is 0.9% benzyl alcohol instead if you need the vial to last 5 days or more.
I have SABAX sodium chloride 0.9%. Sodium chloride 0.045g/5ml. 154mmol/l
I also have SABAX water for injections SW 111 2ml
And sterlie water for injection 1ml that came with the gh.
I may be getting my hands on a norditropin pen....for my wife...for ant-aging as well as fat benefit around the belly area, would you still say 1IU per day or bump it up to 2IU?
And upon taking first thing in the morning, how long should she wait before eating?
