Help on timing of HGH shots would be most welcome: the general view seems to be twice a day, early morning and about 5-7 hours later. However I have also read that you shouldn't take before training (which sort of doesn't make sense to me for the reasons below). If that is the case then training in the morning is clearly a problem. As for the 'not before training' question: my understanding is that HGH is converted into IGF1 in the liver with the help of insulin, therefore if you take before training in the morning in a fasted state, your blood,levels of HGH should peak as you finish training when blood sugar is really low. Then taking a high GI carb source would cause an insulin spike, which is what the HGH needs for the conversion process. Please, if anyone knows, clear up my misconceptions, if they are incorrect and possibly suggest an ideal protocol (I in fact like to train twice a day,early morning and early evening).
