Gentlemen,
My son is 19, played Craven week last year, and will probably play university rugby next year. He’s training quite seriously now, and I’d like to give him some help, beyond creatine and supplements. Obviously not thinking of AS, but perhaps peptides? My wife has been using Ipam for nearly a year, with only good results, and it’s affordable, so I’m thinking it’s an option? Any advice would be much appreciated. thanks

oeighuihhhhhhh tough call. 95 % of players at that age are on AS.

Allow us some time to think about this one...

Is he a forward or back line player? whats his stats ?

Oupa, he accepts that AS is not an option, if for no other reason, he will be tested at some point. He's unusually mature about the issue. He's 19, 195cm, 130kg, tighthead prop. Strong as an ox, but bf about 30% - on a calorie-deficit diet for this.

Oupa, about the same. He was the biggest player at the tournament - was repeatedly tested as a result

I don't think GH Peptides are going to do anything significant (if anything) for a 19 year old's strength or performance on the field.

Rhino, he's been a revelation to me. His favourite post-game meal is a Kentucky bucket and two liters of Coke Zero. Three hours later he's asking the wife what's for supper..

We didnt have KFC when i was a child, we shot farmers chickens or doves with pellet guns & ketties if we wanted extra food.

The other option was to go fishing in their dams.
