Hi Guys

Im looking at including IGF 1 (enhanced peptides) to my current cycle
I am running
MAsteron 450 mg/w
Testen 600mg/w
Primo 600mg/w

I have read extensively and still have some unanswered questions regarding this compound
Input from anyone who has used this will be much appreciated

1) I want to use it specifically to enhance my quad and calve growth ...will it help with this if injected into the specific muscle group

2) do I take it post or pre workout?

3) How much of carbs do I need to take with it and how long after?

4) is 100 mcg into the specific muscle group optimal? (not exceeding 300mcg per week)?

In reality the site growth of IGF1 LR3 doesn't match the theory you might have read. Your expectations are unrealistic. I like it preworkout for the amazing pumps, but post workout for growth is generally thought to be best. If you take it preworkout then you will need fast acting carbs. I would do about 50g dextrose with BCAA. IGF1 LR3 loves carbs and you can get away with eating a lot more of them without gaining fat. 100mcg split bilaterally is good, but you will be disappointed if you think it's going to do magic for lagging muscle groups.
