HGH Advise pls!

Hi Guys

New to HGH and I like to do things to the book but need some confirmation with regards to drinking and eating around injections.

Its recommend to not eat 2 hours before an injection and 1 hour after you injected. This can take 6 hours out your day without eating or drinking if you split the doses into 2 injection . :S

I was considering to do half my daily doses as i wake up and another half before i go to sleep. Any other suggestions or would this be ideal guys?

Would BCAA's or a cup of coffie really influence the HGH or should i just stick to water during these HGH fasting periods...

Personally i would just take the full hgh dose when waking up and then only eat afew about 30min which is genrally the time you shower lol. thats what i do and it works perfectly, unflovured Bcaas will be oky to have in that "fasted" period as it conaisn no carbs or protein

30 minutes of fasting is fine after your shot. Also don't shoot it just after a meal, obviously. Once the gh serum uptake is done, food won't interfere with it.

I wouldn't do my second shot before bed time - it will interfere with your natural GH pulsation during sleep. I do mine upon waking before fasted cardio, and then again at around 6pm pre-workout.

BCAA or coffee is fine, unless yours contains heaps of carbs.
