Issues on HGH was created by Lesa
Right guys. I am on 2 IU (5 pen clicks of Norditropin) for the last 2 months I would say. Maybe a little longer. I have gone through 3 Pens and I had some time off in December. It is really a minimal dosage from what i read but the issues I am getting is carpal in my left wrist and this ridiculous pain in the right heel tendon. It is right at the back of the heel.

Everywhere i read it is said that only on higher dosages this starts happeing and that one should decrease the dosage until this goes away and then increase again.

But I am only on 5 clicks which is even just under 2 IU. So go on 3 clicks? Will that even do anything?

Also I was reading up on Vitamin B6 deficiency and carpal tunnel syndrome. Does this make any sense?

Any input would be much appreciated.

Sorry forgot to mention that the pens are Norditropin Nordilet.

Silly questions, guessing you are female

Carpal tunnel syndrome is from the water retention and is dose dependant usually, T3 can usually help with this

As for your heels reduce dose or continue dose and the pain should diminish in time, GH also thickens your heel tendons.

I am on 5IU GH and am feeling the heel pain in both feet, choosing to ignore it for now and see how it goes.

Can I ask you reason for GH? Anti-aging? If so 1 iu should suffice if you are a lady.

I am not an expert on GH as there are many factors and side effects so let us see what the others say.

No expert here, but I'm on 3IU HGH, have minor hand/wrist discomfort now and then, which I assumed was caused by increased training for Argus

Nope I am not a lady. That is what does not make sense at all. I started taking it for injuries in my knees and neck from MMA and boxing training. My girlfriend is on 4 clicks now and she has absolutely no issues whatsoever.

My best friend is also on it and has the same issue in his heel.

So that being said on such a small dosage for me to start having these issues is not normal isnt it?

I was actually planning on going to 4 IU but the way things are going its not looking good.

Sorry Chief, looking at your dose I thought you were a chick.

Swelling/ joint pain and carpal tunnel syndrome is very common with GH.

I know Cage fighters who use NPP with Test for injuries, do you get tested?

Im not fighting anymore. I am retired and nearly 40. Have been trying to stay away from test as my docs say test weakened my joints and tendons. Was hoping that HGH would be the savior from what i read.

I also read that vitamin b6 supplementation can stop/prevent this carpal issues. Any thoughts on that?

What dosages of B6? From what I am reading it is as much as 200 mg per day split into four doses. That is a risk for toxicity though?

So you do not recommend adjusting the dosages and gradually increasing? Just suffer through it until it goes away?

I would only ever increase any substance if my body settles on the current dosages. I would ride out the current dose until my body tells me its had enough of this, then I will start decreasing and hopefully sort out the issues.

How much do you weigh, Lesa? HGH dose is weight dependent. Also, split it up into AM and PM shots if you are seeing CTS sides.

I am 92 kgs. The heel pain and carpal were too much. I stopped it for one week and from monday I will start with one click and increase every week by one. Once i reach 6 clicks I will split the dosage. It seems that the nordi is making tendinitis worse and worse. I though HGH is supposed to heal this.
