^ happened to me about 10 years ago. Felt fine after the hernia procedure, couldn't stay away from the weights, learned an expensive lesson. The surgeon told me that re-operation for hernia repair is much more difficult and is less likely to succeed.Oupa wrote: Bud I have seen to many guys come back from a hernia when the doc said they will be good to lift. We don't heal like 20 year olds do, even with all the kak we use. If you start to lift, you always want to add just a extra 10kg or so and that's where the shit hits the fan.
