How do you calculate CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin dosag

Hope you are all doing good?
So me and Lallie are interested in each doing a cycle on CJC and Ipamorelin hers is going to come first and will be long-term, mine at a later stage part of a long stack based on Oupa's Cross Fit cycle only going to replace HGH with these two as I won't be able to afford HGH. I want to run it once I have achieved 68kg and +-10% Body Fat.

For her if she needs to dose 1mcg of each per Kg it works out to 68mcg so how do I measure that in the Insulin syringe? The CJC and Ipamorelin are 2mg each supplied with 2ml Sabax water do I dilute with 1ml or 2ml?

Help and guidance needed and would be greatly appreciated

Sorry I also meant to ask is CJC and Ipamorelin a good stack or should I rather go with Ghrp-6 and Ipamorelin?

Definitely ipamorelin rather for ladies. The water retention (slight, but women will notice) and appetite from ghrp6 will not go down well.

For guys it comes down to the extra appetite and if that is a problem. They are both as effective.

Now I just need to figure uit how much to draw up for her and how to calculate dosages. If I mix in 2ml with the 2mg obviously it stays 1mg/ml? So If she needs 60/80mcg I draw up in the Insulin Syringe to the second or third mark under the 10IU on the syringe?

Yes that is fine. With these peptides it is more effective to use less and do 3 shots a day, than use more and do 2 shots a day. Ie. better to split 150mcg into three shots than 2 of 75mcg.

So I split the saturation dose of 1mcg/kg up into 3pre meal or pre workout shots as empty stomach is preferred and at least an hour before consuming anything that spikes insulin?

Sounds fine. Ipamorelin is not affected much by insulin like GHRP 2 and 6. A doctor on another forum tested his serum HGH after pinning right before a heavy meal, and also on an empty stomach and there was less than 10% difference in HGH released.

1mcg/kg per shot. It really doesn't make much difference if it's pre or post workout. I preferred pre workout so I can have my protein shake with lots of carbs right after my workout. The results from the peptides come from maintaining elevated IGF1 levels for a long time - weeks or months. A little boost in HGH levels whether it's pre/post workout doesn't make much difference.
