I took my first one yesterday, will take it for a bit longer before I give any opinion :)

Mk677 is pretty legit

I thought someone may point that out :) . Was up to train by choice. Went to be early - struggled to get up which I usually don't.

I am 2 weeks in, going into week 3. I drink mine direct after i trained & my wife drinks hers before bed. I will give feedback once we done.

Oupa are you doing 15mg a day? and for how long would you stay on it

How long can one be on mk-677?
There are no limits.Only plateaus, and you must not live there, you must go beyond them...
