I've been using 4IU's a day of Hygetropin, the batch with the yellow cap for 1 week now.

20 min after the injection the area goes a little red and its very sensitive.
I did try the shoulder but that area 20 min after the injection is worse than the stomach shots.

I am using 29g insulin needles. i did try the 30g insulin needles but still the same.

I have used HGH before and this didnt happen to me
My mate which is also using the Same batch yellow cap hygetropin HGH is not experiencing any of these problems.

Could i get some advice please. Is the HGH fake or what?

I dont think anyone can idenfify whether its fake or not by what you said. Was the ampoules sealed (powder & water solution)? Did you check the expiry date? Are you familiar with the brand? Did you reconstitute it yourself and did you follow the correct protocol? There are a lot of variables to consider. Did you experience an increase in appetite? On HGH I was hungry 24/7 and if I missed a meal I would break out in a sweat and get shaky.
