If you are a bigger guy I'd up the dose a bit.

Anyways here’s my latest update that I think is really worth noting.
- My post workout meal is the last meal of the day, around 8pm or so.
- I have noticed a much faster breakdown of the foods happening in my stomach after a workout. Please correct me if I am wrong but I feel that this is because of my bodies natural release of the MGF hormone plus the added PEG MGF hormone being used for healing process (protein synthesis)
