It's been a while since I've been active on this forum. Been training on and off for the past 6 years, but for the past 7 months I have been consistently training hard.
My stats are:
BW 102kg
Squat 220kg
Bench 140kg
Deadlift 220kg
I struggle with some niggles from past injuries and just can't seem tonget rid of them. I've been seeing chiro and sports massage therapist for past 3 months with some success. I have been reading up on SARMS and some reports that it helped with injuries, specifically Ligandrol and ostarine.
Have any of you had similar results? Did you use one or the other, or a stack?
My injuries are front deltoid (scar tissue from old tear), calve (also from a tear) and inner thigh (could also be a small tear). My front arm muscles are also constantly inflamed, especially where it attaches to the bicep.
I remember this forum was always very helpful. If there is another thread on this please let me know, I tried the search function but couldn't find anything specific to this.
