Hi! I'm new to this forum and I came here because there is so many other forums or websites (reddit) out there with no information or too much broscience.

I currently dose ipamorelin+cjc no dac 3 times a day at saturation dose. Here's my problem. Waiting 3 hours after a meal to inject just does not fit with my lifestyle. It's incredibly annoying and forces me to sleep later than I should.

I saw a post made many years ago by a active moderator on this site called Muscleaddict. In this post he mentioned that meal timing has no impact (or less than 10%) on the effects of GHRP + GHRH peptides. \

Now that we are in 2020, how much truth does that hold? Has anybody done blood tests to verify that? Or has anybody here dosed without caring about meal timing with good results? Just wondering because the only downside to these peptides are meal timing. It's very annoying if you are busy throughout the day and have to inject 3x a day.

At the same time, I want to verify that what was said years back is true. I do not want to inject these peptides and waste my money because I injected 30 minutes after a meal.

Thanks for any help!

The meal timing only does not matter if you are taking your Ipamorelin or other GHRP together with a GHRH like CJC1295 dac/no dac.

I don't have the links anymore but there was a doctor I followed on another forum who did a lot of blood work on himself and his patients for his own research on GHRPs and CJC1295 and there was literally no significant difference in HGH levels after comparing injections done fasted and after a big meal when taking CJC1295/no dac with a GHRP.

After learning that I didn't bother about injection timing and noticed no difference in results. Results were good, I just can't deal with so many injections every day and these days prefer MK677 for convenience or HGH.

An animal study on cattle showed the same thing:

"We determined that GHRP-6- and GHRH-induced secretion of GH was lower 1 h after feeding (22.5 and 20 ng/ml respectively) than 1 h before feeding (53.5 and 64.5 ng/ml respectively; pooleds.e.m.=8.5). However, a combination of GHRP-6 at 3 microg/kg BW and GHRH at 0.2 microg/kg BW synergistically induced an equal and massive release of GH before and after feeding that was fivefold greater than GHRH-induced release of GH after feeding. Furthermore, the combination of GHRP-6 and GHRH synergistically increased release of GH from somatotropes cultured in vitro"

Thanks for this, that's great to hear. I was waiting exactly 3 hours on the dot after every meal and it was starting to tick me off. I heard somebody say injecting these peptides too close to a meal can affect insulin sensitivity and cause diabetes. I did some research and that doesn't seem to be the case at all with these peptides. I have no worries either way because I don't eat much carbs and don't consume sugar anyway, but I'm wondering if you know anything about this?

Lots of pretty good brands out there. Not sure if source talk is allowed so if it isn't, delete my reply. I used Canlab with good experiences.

When unsure, just read the rules: www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/forum/rules

You may talk about labs, but not sources.
