It makes no difference when you take it. Take it in the morning, seeing thats when you most catabolic. It is exogenous growth hormone so makes no difference if you eat, etc... that might be something to look at if you trying to boost natural GH. If you taking over 4iu a day, split your dose.

I am 37.
184 and weight is 105 (bodyfat varies between 10 and 15 percent)
I use a nutritionist for my diet (mostly because getting micros right is a pain)
Ultimate goal would be to end up around 110 with a sub 8 percent bf

And you feel GH is going to get you to 110 sub 8 percent?

It probably is not the worst idea, however...
Why don't you get a hormone panel done?

If your testosterone levels are not optimal, which in all honesty they 'probably' won't be, and assuming you rule out secondary causes, such as adenomas or other conditions, you would be better suited using TRT, and taking natural levels to that of an ideal young man.

I don't see why methenolone etc would be out of the question in conjunction at appropriate times if the therapy becomes viable for you.

Using anabolics at 37 and coming off it all, relying on natural test to bounce back and carry you back to normal?
A lot of risks involved there.

The guy is 37 and you don't think his test levels can bounce back with a proper PCT?? Suggesting TRT without blood tests? That's like a last resort and other options to be considered before he needs TRT.

I clearly said get a hormone panel done.
You can disagree, but man it would be useful just reading my post before replying.

And yes, taking yourself to upper normal with the nature of esterified testosterone is a lot safer than blasting at any age near 40 and hoping to come back to some normal level.
