Cardarine for endurance

Hi Guys - some advice here would be great. I started a Cardarine cycle last year, liquid form from Dubai, but when consumed it would go a warm/hot temperature in the mouth. Is this normal? I wasn’t sure about this so stopped it immediately. 

I have now purchased Cardarine in pill form, 4 weeks on now @10mg/day, which I don’t feel it really working besides the diarrhea and little energy. I tried 20mg/day and my stomach got super bloated, reduced back down to 10mg/day.

Could this manufacture brand be fake? Is it full of pro hormones? 

 

The only way you'll feel it working is when you're training and you notice improved heart rate recovery and can train longer than usual. If your heart rate recovery is unchanged after intense cardio compared to normal, then it's fake.

Thanks for your response. I wasn’t sure as to what effect Cardarine had specifically towards e durance, but will now take more notice to see if this happens!

I am currently using , but have not seen any reviews on it. Do you know of the manufacturer? Any good?
