*there's a lot of newbie readers, who want to look like Mr. O, and don't have the slightest clue how to use, store, prepare the stuff... and in the long-run fuck themselves up*

can hgh be used on its own or does it have to be combined with something, i read igf-1 is a must?

i've researched the adv/disadv of it, should hgh stick to pro use only, im still very scared too touch it cos every1 you speak to about it says... STAY AWAY!!!? but curiosity is a fucker

after reading through a few threads, the insulin thing is frighting, so the hgh thing is also doubtful, but alot of you guys have gotten great benefits (from hgh), but its still shit i dnt wanna be an idiot and fuck myself up with it!

so how you know when you can start using hgh?

any1 tried using hgh + tren?

HGH is a great drug for fat loss and size/mass but its a long term investment as its expensive and you should be going on it atleast 6 months. HGH on its own can reduce you bodys insulin sensitivity and cause diabetes thats why athletes that are scared of insulin use metoformin with it. Personally I think you shouldnt go on hgh if you are under 35 as your gh levels are high at young age. Also i wouldnt just go on any kind of growth either. Save money and go for really good stuff like humatrope. I took it for 2 months at 2 IU a day and the fat loss and training quality was amazing.

As for insulin in my opinion unless you are a pro and you make a living out of posing on stage i wouldnt fuk with it. Sides are extremely hardcore and in my opinion not worth it. But if you do have the balls to play with it well then insulin can do wonders for you no denying that.

Also diet is sooo important on growth. If you not eating right you could really mess your life up on growth :S

I know because if you eating high sugars on HGH your insulin sensitivity is less and less and your risk of diabetes type 2 is heavily increased. And Bro i was told this by a hormone specialist in jburg but what do doctors know right :cheer: ?

Oh yea just cause you know guys that are doing something stupid and have no side effects right now doesnt mean they wont be fuked tomorrow or next month. I know guys smoking rocks and still functioning but that doesnt mean they wont be fuked later in their life now does it?

GH can have negative side-effects such as joint swelling, joint pain, carpal tunnel syndrome plus you have that increased risk of diabetes. Its all related to dosages and diet though. You see even if you dont take gh and eat high sugar diet you are bound to get diabetes type 2 in a later stage of your life. Doing that with GH would increase the chances. The other side effects are very much dose related.
