KEFEI HGH

Hey guys

I have been using Kefei gh now for 5weeks at 2iu's a day(every morning) along with 4units of fast acting insulin straight after training.

I know with insulin you can add on a few units over the weeks but where should you draw the line?

I have been told 12 should be my maximum, what do you guys think?

As for the GH how many iu's is everyone else taking?

Insulin dosages are very specific, 12iu might be perfect for one person but way to much for you.

Generally its only recommended that its used for max 4weeks so increasing by 1-2iu every 3 or so days until you've reached a dose that you comfortable with is a good method.
If you feel you taking enough don't increase your dosage, the benefits of high dose insulin do not out way the risk!!

Juzz i hope that u are taking your growth well away from your insulin shots.Insulin kills gh so thats why u need to look at doing them far away from one another.

How long after a meal are u taking your growth shot?it should be 1hour before a meal or 1hour after a meal in order not to be affected by the insulin your body naturally produces.

I wouldn't take insulin for to long and to many days in the week,i would do it personally like this.Monday and tuesday,wednesday off,thursday and friday,saturday and sunday off.As for dosages thats all person specific and no sane person will tell u how many units to use.

Also i hope your diet it right,u shouldn't take in any dietary fats an hour pre slin shot or 2-3hours post slin shot,insulin is the storage hormone so unless u wanna store fats then don't take any in.

As for growth,i've been taking 4iu's every second day.2in the morning,2in the afternoon.I use bacterio static water to prolong the life of my gh as if u mix it in the water they supply it will only last 56hours until it de-natures.So if u've been taking 2iu's and using the same water it comes with after the 6th iu u've been wasting your tom.

I take my GH first thing in the morning 2.5 iu's eat breakfast probably an hour later.I have just got another 100iu's and am going to start taking another 2.5 at mid day.

As far as dieting goes i eat a lot of meat,chicken,potatoes,pasta and brown rice i dont eat sweets and shit.Cool drinks and alcohol i havent touched for the last 4months just fruit juice,water,gold standard whey,vitargo and pro gainer complex and on the odd day n.o explode.If i have 4teaspoons of sugar a day its a lot, as i have 1 in a cup of coffe and 2 over my oats in the morning.

Is my sugar in take to low?My body fat is around 14 percent and i feel fine just wanted to check?

bro why are u taking slin if u are at 14% bodyfat?thats high for slin usage as insulin can cause fat gain in the muscle.... well if u are taking slin then u should be having simple carbs but u say u are taking vitargo but i hope that is instantly after your slin shot...

I take my vitargo straight after my shot followed by whey not to long after that.

I have read that insulin adds size by sucking all the carbs and putting them to use in your body resulting in massive weight gains over a short period of time.

It also makes you eat i have never eaten as much as i do now that im on it and if i dont eat enough i go pale and feel queezy until i have chowed!

Im not trying to stay lean i am trying to add the kilo's so that i can get a lot thicker,my body fat is not a concern to me go more on what i look like at the end of the day you know what i mean?

not really,but it is the most affordable,norditropin is brilliant but the pens are very expensive and are only 30ius'. kefei is your best bang for the buck as u have to generally have run gh for a long time,6 months preferable. and using 4iu's a day mean that 1 box of kefei will last 25days where as that 30iu nordi pen will last 7.5days... granted the nordi is stronger but still even halfing the dose still works out bring more expensive...

is norditropin the same thing as humatrope in liquid version? I understand they both have 191 amino acids but do they have the same effect as humatrope is a bit more expenisve

nordi and humatrope are two different products but just as good and just as expensive

I just bought some kefei and I dont know how much of that water it comes with to add to the powder so that I can pull 2 iu's into a 1 cc insulin syringe? Because with the first bottle I used all of the water but know according to the amount I should have used 8 IU's I should only have 2 left but the bottle is still half full. Also were does one find that Bacteriostatic Water? Any advise will help!

U can get bacteriostatic water at a pharmacy, aka as SABAX. If you know someone who works in a lab, there is usually sabax lying around and just ask them to get for you, else the pharmacy will do

The water provide with the kefei in the box is Bacteriostatic Water. You need to mix 1cc or 10 IU's of water to the powder

So what I understand is that the Bacteriostatic Water makes the GH last longer. I have heard the water Kefei comes with starts to deteriorate the GH compound after around 56 hours or so. Is this not true? So the kefei should last around 14 days with the water it is supplied with?

Also you are saying I mustn't use all the water in one of the vials. Just to draw up 1cc(1ml) and only use that amount to mix with the powder?

Correct, it will last for 14 day and only 1 ml is to be used

Yeah, for muscle gaining you going to have to take at least 6iu Kefei/day to see any noticable effects.

The article by Doctari and Admin says GH should be taken every second day..
But on the forum, its usually advised to do 5 days on, 2 days off...
SO, which is actually the better option???

Also, its also usually advised to have the GH on an empty stomach, but in the article, it sayd with Whey. Would normal whey be okay for this? (Evox or something VERY low in Carbs)??
