* gains = Not as good as with AAS.
* cycle length = Never longer than 21 days on. Do 21 days on 14 days off, 21 days on.
* diet changes = Always follow a good diet anyway, but no specific changes.
* shot protocol = Normal dosages is in the region of 20mcg's - 100mcg's per 24 hours, usually used/injected within 15 minutes of training the "lagging" part. Some athletes would combine low dose PGF-2-alpha with it to enhance the inflammotory response. Most Pro's use it about 2-3 times per week - that's on their cycles of which I could get hold of.
It does give you some nausea and headache after injecting it. Some complain of upset stomachs.
It's important not to inject it into regions close to your gut, as IGF will lead to gut distension - that "King Kong bellie" look. Limit its use to delts, traps, arms and calves. Quads, lats and pecs are "grey areas".
There is a special way you can mix your unit with acetic acid solution to extend the use of the vial after reconstitution.
Remember that IGF production suppresses further HGH secretion ? For that reason you cannot use your IGF shot close to your HGH shot.
