Good day all,

just need some good advise.

I am 25, training for about 3 years, I weigh 85 Kgs, and is appoximate 1,8m in length.

Now I am thinking of a deca/sus cycle, as I am not looking to pick up 30 Kgs in one year. just some positive gains, and ofcourse keep as much gains as possible. help me guys.

Right, my diet and training is as follows:

My diet:
06h00 - 100g raw oats and whey protein
09h00 - 120g tuna, 3 egg whites, and 150g potato or white rice and 150g mix veg
12h00 - 100g raw oats and whey protein
14h00 - Whey protein shake and BCAA’s
14h45 - Train
15h45 - Protein/Carb shake from Evox
17h00 - 6 egg whites and 150g potato
19h00 - 200g chicken fillets or Lean Beef Steak, 150g Sweet Patatoes, 150g mix veg
21h00 - Whey protein shake
21h15 - Sleep

My training:
Mondays - Chest
Tuesdays - Back
Wednesdays - Legs
Thursdays - Biceps and Triceps
Fridays - Shoulders and Traps


I do take my training seriously and train intense for more or less an hour per day.

No, I have thought of ending the cycle with clomid ot nolvadex, but there I will need help with.

Cool.

Well for a first cycle i would advise a test only cycle maybe with a dbol kicker.
Maybe look at something like this

Week 1 - 10 Test enan/cyp 500/600mg a week split
Week 1 - 4 dbol 30/40mg ed

Week 13 Clomid 50mg ed
Week 14 - 16 kessar 20mg ed

U could add hcg in the cycle if u want.

Always start of with something simple and get to know how ur body will react. If u do to many compounds at once and u get severe side effects u wont know which one is the calprit. Plus what ever u did ur previous cycle u'll have to match or increase in the next one. This way u have more options for the future.
