anybody managed to go to his seminar on 1/09/07
in jhb? he had interesting theories on insulin/glucose use for pre workout aswell as insulin/glucose for pre contest up carb days!
was anybody there??

hi, yes i was there.Go to www.milossarcev.com and register on the forum .there is a wealth of information on this topic.

what would you attempt to do,if you knew you would not fail?
