been reading alot about mechano growth factor so i ordered some from www.****.co.za cant wait to try it out:P i will keep everyone updated

A mate of mine tried their igf-1 out and says it works just as well as IGtropin which is great i think considering the price difference. Im starting the mgf on monday i will let everyone know how it goes

okay everyone the reason i started this thread was to share my mgf log with everyone not to get everyones opinions about the website so can we please focus on the topic. so lets start this over.

on monday i will be starting mgf. My main reason for using it is to bring up the size of my chest and calves but i will use it on my arms anyway. This is how i will be using it:

monday - 100mcgs into each pec straight after workout.
wednesday - 50mcgs into each bicep head and 50mcgs into each tricep straight after workout.
friday - 50mcgs into each calve.

current stats:
age: 28
height: 185cm
weight: 105kg
bf%: guessing around 11%

Does anyone have any experience with mgf? any help will be appreciated
