Clomid dosage

Ill be starting my PCT soon:
week 1: 100 mg clomid
week 2 - 5: 20 mg Nolvadex

When is the best time to take the clomid?
Also should I take the full 100mg at once?

what was ur cycle that you ran bud?? i just do the 100mg one time, upon wakening.. its easiest then

I split mine up, 50mg in morning and 50 at night

rather split 50m 50a

This is my first cycle so I did the basic ...
pgw test en (600mg)
frontload LP dbol (40mg),
bridged with some LP winny (30mg)

I'm speaking under correction here, but last I checked clomifene citrate's half life was 5 days. so I don't see anything wrong with taking the 100 at 1 time.

it's only slightly soluble in water, thus would not exit the system quickly. supporting my initial statement

i agree, i think its around 5-7 if im not mistaken? .. i just like to keep it simple and knock it down with the mornings pills, then its done for the day and no chance of forgetting that evening pop

To be honest I expected more from the test en, this was due to me being in pain most of the time from the test shots (virgin muscle). Apparently the test cyp doesnt sting as much.

Also never really felt much strength gain with the dbol.

However the winny was awesome, really had a big increase in strength, at a cost though with your joints starting to pain.

Gained some decent weight with this cycle (started at 81kgs and 15% bf, currently at 88.5 kgs and 16% bf).
Having a diet and training plan from DJ helps a lot.

well thats not too bad still -+ 7kgs, take it you raN 10 weeks?? i have painless shots with the enanthate and am enjoying it! let us know how u hold gains post pct? would be interested to know.. any progress pics?
