Little sensitive lump behind nipples

Hey guys,

I've noticed that I have little lumps behind my nipples. Now I don't know if they were always there and if I am just being paranoid. They were't sore at all initially but I've been squeezing at them slightly pretty often and now they are quite sensitive and the one of the left is a little sore. Is this a problem? Or is it normal and just getting sore because I keep fiddling with them?

I am almost finished with my cycle and am due to start PCT in a week or so. Advice please brothers

do you have any adex on hand at the moment

no why? where can I get adex and what will it do?

edit: not asking for sources, I mean do I get from my supplier or from a pharmacy

Estrogen gyno-you need to get some adex or aromasin or letro, but in the mean time start nolva at 40mg per day immediately.

I wouldn't use the clomid-its a mild estrogen in some tissues and can cause gyno, stick to nolva
And stop playing with it, aggravating it

Should I stop with the Oral T and the Proviron immediately as well?

I'll order the aromasin and nolva. All I have on hand is Kessar, HCG and Clomid (which I won't use)

What will my pct look like then?

You should get letro for the lumps, not aromasin. Treat it now! I've been down that road and its a bloody nightmare. Playing with them will make it worse so don't touch them boet. You can actually stimulate prolactin like that.

It can be reversed i don't think its as bad as some of the horror cases I've heard about BUT mate you gotta get tamoxifen citrate n you asap(kessar,nolvadex etc) its not gonna stop aromatization but will drop your estrogen level considerably until you get anastrozole (armidex) in you which will then inhibit the aromatization from testosterone to estrogen.

Again this is why its so important to keep an ai on hand, but judging by what you've described you should be able to get it under control please stress to you supplier its very urgent. Also follow standard pct2 program and remember to resupply your stock of kessar as you should now be using daily dosages until your anastrozole arrives.

Im interested to why specifically Letro than armidex ? Lp has both in liquid form is armidex less aggressive in treatment but more ideal as a precautionary measure ? The sides of Letro outweigh the more expensive Anastrozole for me.

Letro is the only way to go if you already have lumps. It is a more powerful AI than arimidex. Side effects are harsher on letro because estrogen is suppressed more. Arimidex is fine for prevention or puffy nipps but for lumps don't fuck around- Letro.

If you already have fibrous breast tissue forming where the lumps are then no amount of any AI will help that. But if you catch it early then you should be fine. Take letro at 2.5mg every day until the lumps are gone and then run a few days more to be safe. Taper off slowly to prevent estrogen rebound and preferably take nolva when you are tapering down and run for 2 weeks past your last letro dose, but if you are still on cycle when the lumps are gone taper down to 1.25mg Letro eod.

Kessar is nolva-start that immediately.
Keep the proviron-its a dht so acts as an anti e to a certain extent and the tbol doesn't aromatise so will make no difference dropping these two.

I would also go with letro-its most potent at shutting down estrogen, but start the kessar immediately to block the estrogen receptors and stop your body absorbing more estrogen

So what is causing the Gyno? The test prop? I have 2ml of that left, should I drop those? I must say that since I have stopped poking and squeezing the pain is almost completely gone. I think I actually caused the pain myself, but I'm going to take precautionary measures anyway and use the kessar and letro.

I only have 10 days of TBol left and about 16 of Proviron so I'll complete that.

Estrogen from the test prop-tbol doesn't aromatise significantly and proviron is a dht so it acts as an anti e.

Start the kessar and get some letro and you'll be fine
