Gyno Sides --- Anastrozole

Howzit guys,

Im in 4th week of a test c @500mg per week (test prop kick at 100mg e2d for 4 weeks) im experiencing typical gyno sides as identical to previous cycles i have done in the past.

I always used letro as my ai, but i only have anastrozole on hand. Sides are small lumps forming and itchy nipples, i have been trying to combat it (started a week ago) using adex @ 0.5mg (15drops) everyday, it seemed to get better at around day 3 i then stupidly dropped dose and rebounded. Yesterday symptoms appeared a lot worse than previously experienced and small lumps quite tender from poking a little too much.

What dose do you think i should follow and for how long ? i have pct1 on hand so tamoxifen citrate is availible and i presume i should begin treatment just unsure of dosages ? . Also 30ml (60mg) of anastrozole on hand.

Im starting to regret switching to adex, letro always kept everything under control albeit painfully.

From previous experience now being off the test prop, and test levels dropping symptoms generally subside and just about disappear. But its never gone beyond itchy nipples, and now i have very small lumps.

Aspoester you still alive bud have you started taking the adex?

EDIT: my bad just read it again, I see you've already started. Go back to 15 drops and keep it there til the lumps disappear then taper your dose down

5 drops of adex (0.2mg)ed and 20mg of nolvadex eod... works like a charm.. subtle but it works, and chances of an estrogen rebound are at a low as ur not just jumping off the adex like a cliff... once you feel the sensitivity go, come off the nolva, continue the adex 5 drops eod ..then 3 drops e3d ... look at a crash course of around +- 2 weeks.... this is my protocol i followed.. and not a touch of sensitivity has returned... good luck

Don't f*ck with gyno bro. Everyone reacts differently to gyno/AIs and doses vary from person to person, but once you have lumps its always better to take a bit too much than too little. I would nail it at 1mg a day until the lumps and tenderness are gone and then slowly drop to 0.5mg/day and then to 0.5mg EOD and then if things are fine taper to 0.5mg twice a week.

It is very easy for lumps to start forming breast tissue, and then even though it might not be visible you will then ALWAYS be very gyno sensitive. It only takes a miniscule amount of breast tissue growth to fuck with all your future cycles because of the increased aromatase activity that comes with breast tissue. It is best to take a bit more of an AI than necessary than risk taking not enough- even at the cost of some gains. Its no coincidence that guys often seem to get more gyno sensitive the longer they do steroids. The stress I've dealt with fighting gyno has probably lost me more hair than steroids :ohmy:. GET OUT THE BIG GUNS AND DESTROY THAT GYNO. You could get away with a bit less adex if you use nolvadex as well.

@PoisonedPulse, i seem to be desensitized to the adex, i was taking a maintenance dose of 0.5mg (15drops) e3d and i still flared up BUt my mistake was in thinking i could drop after the lumps basically all but dissipated. So Ive learnt my lesson with adex, like you say, i will do a 2 week minimum and rather go overboard than sitting with even the smallest of lumps. Regarding tamoxifen, shit ive payed so much for the adex i want to at least attempt pushing through this less tamoxifen. My balance is already looking low...

@Muscleaddict, Thanks man truely appreciate the response Yeah agree 100% this is my first cycle with adex, very different compared to letro but you learn the hard way i guess, no way of knowing how my body reacts. Im naturally gyno prone, gyno symptoms within first week, so always run maintenance anti e throughout... costly but like you say you dont f*** around with gyno.

I will follow the your recommended 1mg per day for a week than 0.5mg for 4 days and 0.2mg ed thereafter, but hopefully comming of test prop should aid in less test aromatizing although 1mg of adex is gonna essentially halt that shit within hours.

I love atleast being able to have full proper gym sessions compared to the shit sides of letro making you feel like a 80yr woman with gout. So will always vouch for adex

no problem bud, i only got it post dbol 50mg frontload and i could get away with the lowered adex dosage as i only experienced sensitive nipple :pinch: haha, yes only one got sore, hit the adex and nolva at low doses and came right within about 2 weeks, im running my testen at 900mg pw and nothing has returned, still made gains while in those 2 weeks aswell , so guess i was lucky, i run a maintainance dose now tho too, 3 drops every 3rd day, i feel it keeps things in check, keeps water down, but i can still gain.. so iv found a happy place, its my first cycle including adex aswell, so ill see in future cycles if i can follow the same procedure.. as for what muscleaddict said, i fully agree, if youve formed lumps, kill that shit haha.. imo opinion if you can afford the extra moola get some nolva, its really cheap..in terms of comparing it to having future gyno problems, hundred bucks here an there now, compared to thirty hundred to get gyno removed, just my 3c bro! good luck, let us know how it progresses forth, very interested to know

Just an update, lumps have shrunken around 70% smaller than what they were, nipples back to normal no puffiness. Adex is some potent shit lol anyways will continue at 1mg ed for another 5 days then drop to 0.5 and take it from there

Ive dropped 1kg in the last two days, probably water due to the estrogen buildup and my face seems more angular so all on track
