PCT: Supplements & Estrogen Rebound

I only start my PCT mid august but I have a few questions I would like to get out of the way.

1) During PCT:
Are there any supplements I should get hold of while on PCT?
Is it even worth getting a test booster or is that a waste of cash?
Is 5-HTP any good?
Any recommendations?

2) Post PCT
I have heard about an estrogen rebound after PCT that apparently can lead to an increase in BF and low libido?
I still have a lot of letrozole left. Would it be of any benefit to take this after PCT to help control any rebound?

I like to use a good natural test booster after PCT, because even though they dont do all that much in terms of gains, I just want to add that extra lil bit of Ooomph to make sure all is good and running just in case...

I like to use some Milk Thistle during PCT.

I also find that during PCT,I struggle to get through my workouts so usually end up using some creatine and pre-workouts.

I also use a natural test booster

No letrozole in pct it has a major rebound effect. Ill def be doing a test booster in pct also add aromasin with hcg during pct -its a suicide inhibitor and has no rebound effect I also think it keeps estrogen lowered somewhat even after usage is stopped.

I didn't mean during PCT but rather to take Letro after to possibly prevent a rebound from coming off the pct. Is that something to consider? Obviously taper on and off. What is a good test booster out there?

From what I have gather the estrogen rebound AFTER PCT is if someone was taking an AI DURING PCT and did not taper off. So hopefully I won't have that problem. I guess low libido is to be expected at least for a few weeks?
