Ovitrelle to replace Ovidrel was created by admin
Ovidrel has been replaced with Ovitrelle.

The product active ingredient is the same, but Ovitrelle comes pre-reconstituted in a syringe so this is making our life as bodybuilders allot harder. The product requires cold-chain shipping if expose to higher temperatures for extended periods and since it no longer comes in a multi-dose vial we will have to get one for dilution as it's not possible to accurately dose with the syringe it's supplied with.

I will provide exact details how to dilute the product later, so please do not email me about it. I will prepare a "how-to" guide once I had a good look at the product.

Cold-cain shipping is not a problem, because the majority of peptides require it already and one or two days at room temperature is not going to do too much damage I would imagine.

Will ask if PGW can produce us some sterile water in a multi-dose vial for this and other peptide products.

Yep, the rHCG solution in ovidrel/ovitrelle prefilled syringes is quite stable at room temperature and a few days out of the fridge will be completely fine. ;)

Best would be to contact your supplier asking him when he will have it available.

It's pretty simple.

it's still 250mcg per ml, so all you need is an empty vial + ±2ml sterile water.

Inject the 1ml Ovitrelle into the vial and inject another 1.6ml sterile water into the vial. This will give you 2.6ml. Now you can still do Doctari's PCT as with Ovidrel.

Just want to make sure, for PCT 2 you need 2ml so you just mix your 1ml Ovitrelle with 1ml sterile water in an empty vial and store in the refrigerator and then use 0.2ml EOD for 18 days?

PCT 2 is intended to be used with HCG 5000 from LP. If you want to use Ovitrelle instead use the dosing schedule from PCT 3.

Thanks Admin, from what I heard is that they are not producing Pregnyl anymore and don’t know about about hCG 5000 from LP cause I think they don’t manufacture it here so doubt it will be available anymore but for those guys who can get their hands on HCG good for you. For the other guys out there if you read this post you’ll know what to do.

Hey Admin, Sorry I'm at this again.

Got my Ovitrelle today, looks a bit different than the pic you posted. Its from Merck Serono and the syringe is only filled with 0.5ml not 1ml. its also 250ug

Can't find a multidose vial, can one use an empty b12 vial to mix the water and Ovi?

Hello Gents,

Quick questions: Ovitrelle like above, can I back load it into 5 slin pins of 0.1ml and take it once a week?

This should get me through a month and then I'll purchase a new one. I am currently using while on cycle. I was using HgG at 500iu x2 week but unfortunately I cannot get any at the moment.

My suppliers told me it is a single use only and should take it all at once.

Help will be much appreciated.

@Pyro

hahah! i thought the same thing but the leaflet talks about this too

" Shelf life: 2 years.

After opening, the medicinal product should be used immediately. However, the in-use stability has been demonstrated for 24 hours at +2° to 8° C. "

If i understand correctly once it comes into contact with air it breaks down within 24h?

Could some1 please give advise?

and

If i can back load slins from the prefilled pen then it should be 5 slins of about 1300iu each...

They say you should use it immediately after opening because then it has it is no longer sterile and has become exposed to air and bacteria. But because it is synthetic ovidrel is more stable than regular HCG and it can be stored longer before it begins to deteriorate. That is the only real significant benefit over normal HCG/Pregnyl.

You can backload slin pins but rather load 10x 650IU. There is no need to inject as much as 1300IU unless you are extremely shut down. You can even keep the loaded slin pins in the freezer.

@muscleaddict

1st Question: Ok so even though when I back load the slin pins and they temporary get exposed to air it shouldn't be a problem?

2nd Question: would you recommend I rather try get a sterile vial and dilute it and draw from there? If so could you please suggest where I could find something like that

1) No problem.

2) Not necessary. You can store it in the syringes and keep them in the fridge/freezer.

You would be wasting a lot of HCG. Maximal stimulation of the testes occurs at a much lower dose. You would also increase your risk of gyno symptoms due to high doses of HCG significantly raising estradiol levels.
