Howsit guys, I was wondering if anybody could help me. I know that Ovitrelle has now replaced Ovidrel. The problem is that the Ovitrelle comes in a pre loaded 0.5ml syringe. I have been advised to take the whole thing in one shot which would mean the full 250 i.u's and that doesn't make any sense to me. Please help me with how I can go about working out the dosages.

Which week would be the best to start bi-weekly Ovidrel shots in a 12 week Test E cycle (250mg twice a week)?

And at what dosage?

No, don't take all in one shot. You will need an empty vial and sterile water to dilute the Ovitrelle to more manageable concentrations.

Week 5 for Test-En and -Cyp, but if it is your first cycle I woukd advise you not to use HCG during cycle so you can know exactly how your body responds to the test.

Is this in case of Gyno?

In that case wouldn't Ovidrel at least help smooth out the PCT?

Yes HCG does tend to flare up gyno. But not just gyno, it intereferes with many sides of test like testicular atrophy, skin problems, bloating, moods, and and and. On your first cycle you want to know exactly how you respond to test and HCG interferes with this. HCG definately makes for a smoother PCT, and is recommended on your second cycle and further.
