Arimidex vs. Nolvadex in PCT

Hi,

I am close to finishing my 2nd cycle. (Week 1 to 10: test cyp and equipoise with arimidex eod and Week 8 to 15: anavar with arimidex eod).

My PCT will start in 2 weeks having waited the recommended 36 days after last test cyp shot. I have planned for the PCT #2 from this website. i.e. clomid for first week with nolvdex days 8 to 37 10 shots of HCG eod in the middle.

My question is: can i replace the nolvadex in the regimen (day 8 to 37 20mg per day) with arimidex. I hear negative things about nolvadex and in my (limited) understanding it seems the arimidex could perform same function in the PCT. If it is possible to replace the nolvadex 20mg, how much arimidex should i use in its place and would i use same timing i.e every day from day 8 to 37

The nolvadex is needed specifically. A AI and a SERM are two different things go read up on the differences . Doctari constructed the pct programs and nothing is to be substituted bud.

Have you been hanging around the EF forums? The mods are full of crap about nolvadex on that forum and it's all about their sponsors making money off other pct products.

Nolvadex used for a few weeks at 20mg/day will not cause any harm. Any problems that came up in clinical studies were only from long term use.

Arimidex should not be used in pct. You will get estrogen rebound when you stop taking it.
