Acne

Howsit,

So on cycle I got very little acne. Towards PCT quite a few popped up and I thought that was bad, now I am what, a few months down the line, and it is fucking horrible.

I have exhausted pretty much all of my options so decided to post here for advice. I use benzac, used an antibiotic, showering 3 times a day, not touching, drinking loads of water etc and it just won't clear up. On top of it being really painful its killing my social life as well, not being able to go to the beach and so on or even shower at gym post workout so my timings are getting fucked around. Its on my chest and on my traps/ shoulders and recently it has started spreading more to my back which is just the final straw for me.

Anyone with experience or proper advice, don't tell me to do stuff I have already done you will just clutter my thread, please fire away. I realize it is most definitely hormonal, otherwise the other options would have had some result.

what cycle did u do ?
sounds like a docs prescription for the strong stuff "accutane " is all that will work.

im in the final week of my bridge and fuuuuuark me the bacne is bad!! you reckon it will get even worse during PCT? like chapel im too afraid to take my shirt off because it isnt the prettiest sight. and ive NEVER had problems with pimples

PCT and Post PCT it literally tripled.

this is extremely worrying!! especially because its summer time. ive tried facial scrubs on my back but that hasnt helped at all. maybe i should also go the antibiotic route

seriously try tetralysil bud.. it should clear that up in no time

I can't comment on macropen500 but I do know that tetracycline antibiotics (like tetralysal and doxycycline) are the most commonly prescribed antibiotics for acne and I doxy has worked for me. I always get acne when coming off a cycle and doxy has always worked.

I have found that nothing works for me except antibiotics. Topical treatments do nothing. If I was you I'd give antibiotics another shot and if it isn't working maybe you need a bigger dose? Otherwise your only option is accutane.

The macropen gave me worse sides than any of the steroids I had used and none of the pros. It is designed for boils/acne and just nukes your system, well its supposed to. I have used doxy before so I will see if I can get a prescription again or alternatively I will go for tetralysil. I really do just need to get rid of it.

Accutane ? u dont have to take the every day dose if u worried about sides.. take one every second day and see if it is working or everyday for a week and then every second every third ect ect

I always had a bit of acne in the past 2 years, cleared up nicely after using doxycline, but now it is f**king horrible i just finished pct and its the worst its ever been, currently taking tetralysil and nothing has happened and ive been on it for 3 weeks or more. im going to continue to see if it gets any matter in the next few months but if it dosent im jumping on acutane, its just so sh*t training/dieting so hard to look great and not even being able to take your shirt off, doing some serious mental damage to me.

I shower twice a day, drink a lot of water and use antibiotic creams, face wash and etc.

The tiny ones I can handle. But I'm getting these huge blind pimples that hurt like a bitch!

I had bad acne on my shoulders and back after my first cycle too, went on acnetane for 6 months if i remmeber clearly, and it finally cleared up, and iv never ever gotten it again when I cycle, this was prob 4 years ago too, at most a spot or two after pct. I think it's worth looking into, chances are greatly reduced of acne returning

Doesn't that stuff make you sensitive to sunlight? Wouldn't be the best walking around the gym with shades on like usher

I can vouch for tetralysal 300. Went through the same. Tried all the soaps and shit. DJ recommended tetralysal. Worked for me. Good luck

Haha not that hectic, but was told to avoid frequent sun exposure, it really helped tho, and iv never had a problem since. But def a last resort as its some hectic strain on the system

Well at this point my skinning knife is looking like a feasible option so I will go as soon as exams are done and dusted, and look at tetralysal judging by the recommendations.
