Gyno Adex and PCT

Hey guys,

I have a major problem. I went away during Dec and forgot to take my Anastrozole I was away for 3 weeks in total but my gyno appeared on day 3 of the holiday. I tried my best to get an AI but could not. When I got back I started taking 13 drops of Anastrozole every day. It has been 2 weeks now and although the gyno has subsided a little it is still there. Far worse on the left had side as well.

What do I do here? I am due to start PCT tomorrow. I do also have some letro on hand. Do I start PCT and continue with the adex?

Please help, freaking out a bit. the lump is pretty big.

Dude did you think you would just ride out the gyno? Why not just return home? What you described sounds like breast tissue, no amount of meds will fix that! Maybe someone else can give some more insight.

What are you going to use for PCT?

Uh oh. Start Letro at 2.5mg a day (25 drops of LP Letro) and keep it up until the lump is gone. It could take a whole bottle of Letro. Remember to shake the bottle well. The longer the lump is there the bigger the chance is that you are stuck with some breast tissue so don't mess around with a low dose. Nail it.

Continue with PCT as normal but when you come off the Letro you will need to taper down over 2 weeks to minimise estrogen rebound and you will need some more nolva to help with rebound as well. Keep us posted.

Thanks for the help bud. S if I understand you correctly,

1. Do not start PCT today.
2. Stop with the Anastrozole
3. Smash it with Letro.
4. Once it is gone taper down for 2 weeks
5. Start PCT 3 once I'm off the Letro.

How much more Nolva would I need and how would I impliment it into my PCT

admin? MA? DJ? Pump? Anyone?

I'm an idiot. I read the thread again an realised what i need to do. MA, how much extra Nolva will I need? Can I continue with my GW501516 during this or should I stop with that?

Just an update.

Thanks to Muscleaddict's advice the lump is now completely gone and I am busy tapering down the Letro. (had to order another bottle)

Muscleaddict, you suggested I get more nolva. I have ordered it, just need to know if i up my daily dose or if I continue with the nolva after PCT3
