SERIOUS PCT HELP NEEDED

Sup guys pretty new to the whole forum thing but I realy need sum help! Did a test e, deca and dbol 500,300,30mg cycle and screwed up with PCT. Did Clomiphene and tamoxifen for PCT. So I'm 3months off and was planning on a 3rd cycle. Got sperm count done last wEek and Doc phoned me today telling me that I'm screwed and should steer clear of the test for a 6months+! Something like 15% and should be 60%+ Now what!! Asked her advice on getting my natural test back up and running and she said I must wait and be patient. ANY ADVICE on how to go about as I'm eager on starting next cycle.

Blame the Deca...

Get HCG and use that.

That's pretty normal after deca for 3 months off. New sperm cells take over 2 months to mature and the Deca would have suppressed spermatogenesis for more than a month after your last shot. I wouldn't be too worried about 15% motility just yet but that should be much higher in a month.

She scared the living sh** outa me when she said that there's only a couple of them moving and things are not looking good! Now my next BIG Q! U guys saying I shouldn't be to worried rite? Is it possible to do a next cycle and then hit the PCT 100% and recover fully by the end of the year? My diet was crappy but stil managed to make good gains and only lost like 5kgs. I'm 1 of the lucky few not having probs with water and gyno! Now looking fwd to seeing new gains as my diet and training is spot on!!

I can't advise you to start another cycle now or tell you for certain that everything is definitely fine with your balls from the little I know about your situation.

Chances are you'll be fine but it's best to rather be safe than sorry. In the long run what's more important- your fertility or starting a cycle as soon as possible?

In future run HCG throughout your cycle and when you use deca take cabaser. Or switch to NPP so that you recover faster.

For now my best bet would be run to run just HCG and wait another.... how long? or wait another month without HCg and have another test?? I'm not planning on using Deca for next cycle or 2.

What about Doc PCT?? Wont that help sort out the prob??

Hey Oupa thnx man I checked it out and will give it a go 4 sure! Decided I'm going to wait a month, do another test and check results. If there no or little improvemnet ill hit that PCT full on!
