Gyno off cycle. was created by Kkkyle
So it has been a a few weeks now where it comes and goes. Some days my nipples will be itchy. Mostly my left one in particular. My diet hasn't been clean either so I believe that could be the issue. I'm just wondering if there is anyway to control gyno off cycle? It happened after my first cycle to. Both cycles where test only. My left nipple seems to always be the one effected most and although any gyno isn't to obvious, I can see the difference between the two nipples. :( Any advice will be appreciated.

If its just fat under the nipple its fine, that should go away leaning out with a good diet. If its glandular growth then yes you know what.

Not to sure about what the best way is to control estrogen off cycle so interested in this aswell.

I should add that I finished my pct over three months ago. I'll add aromasin next PCT. I believe it's fat because when I was leanest on my last cycle it didn't seem to bad. Just seems to happen when I put on a lil body fat post cycle. Just don't wanna chance it thinking it's only a bit of fat gain behind the nipple and 3 or 4 more cycles down the line I'm sitting with a nice pair of boobies. I experienced less gyno symptoms on cycle.

Going out on a limb here but maybe do letro, that should clear any estrogen then taper off to not have a rebound effect.

on the other hand, fat really like accumulating under the nipple... Be it due to estrogen or not...
So this could be completely normal. unless a little lump forms or it becomes itchy...

Maybe get a doc to prescribe something then, he doesnt need to know why your estrogen is high, only needs to treat it.

Bro I rate it's that dirty bulk and you are touching it too much perhaps. Got the same thing last year while I did a dirty bulk for a few weeks.

This, fiddling with nips messes with prolactin...

So dont fiddle with your nipples

2/3 grams Vitamin C a day, lower bodyfat, leave the area alone, report back in a 4 weeks.

Thanks pump. Will start on Monday since that's when I start training again. Today there is no itching though but I know it will be back.
