PCT FOR SUPERBOL

Hi Guys

Can i have some advice on PCT for superbol.

I weigh 195lbs im 35 , started my cycle to at 20mg daily ,i workout 4 times a week for the last 2 yrs, doing the cycle for 5 weeks , its my first time on any steriods , what PCT should i take.

Don't run Superbol longer than 4 weeks. You will get most of your muscle gains in the first 3 weeks on Superbol and then they slow down drastically. You will really just be doing more harm than good because it is very liver and kidney toxic, and after 4 weeks the sides/gains ratio are not worth it.

Honest question: When people do Superbol or Dbol or Tbol only cycles, how much of their gains do they normally keep? And how much if they do all they can with PCT?

Depends on the person. Impossible to answer accurately but to state the obvious it's always better to run orals to kickstart a test cycle for an intro to steroids. I wouldn't say it is a complete waste but rather do things properly.
