I have been using proviron and anavar for the past 6 weeks now. I have currently stopped for a week now.
what should I use for as a PCT?

We call it PCT 1

Instructions:
Day 1-7: - (CLOMID) - Clomiphene citrate is used as 50 mg twice daily for full 7 days.
Day 8-37: - (NOLVADEX) - Tamoxifene citrate at 20mg per day for full 30 days.

it was a real waste of time and money. I did loose a little but nothing like what I was hoping to achieve

Anavar is not a fat burner. You'll get better results from Clen if fatloss is your primary goal.

Many questions.

1) What doses did you run? What brand? Did you get from a "reputable" source
2)What was your diet?
3) What types of exercises did you do? viz. Did you do weights then cardio or cardio then weights. Did you train every day, 5 day or 3 day split
4) In weights, what did you do, light many reps, heavy low reps or combo. Supersets, drop sets, negatives, ultra slow, isolation exercises or general muscle groups. Did you mix up your routines to continuously shock muscles groups or did you stick with the same routine for the whole time?
5) Cardio - HIIT or just simply crunch time. What cardio? Same same daily or mix up between treadmill, spinning, stairmasters, ergometer (rowing machine) etc.

Throw us a friggin bone here?
