Gyno on bridge and feeling awful was created by ninjajuice

Hey guys,

I'm a few days into my bridge and I am feeling pretty awful. My gyno flared up pretty badly towards the end of my cycle as it always does. Its only on my left nipple though. I'm struggling to fight it off.

I'm up to 12 drops of adex a day for the last 2 weeks. Any suggestions.

My bridge is 60mg of Anavar ed and 60mg of Proviron ed.

Is the adex making me feel this crap? Is the dose too high? Advise please.

up the aidex bud, only way to stop it in it tracks. i was on 15 drops of letro ED and felt really shitty. when you say you feel awful, what are the symptoms?

When you get gyno and you're trying to get rid of it with an AI you are supposed to feel like shit. Otherwise you aren't taking enough. Sounds like you need more adex or some letro bud.

no energy, can't train. pretty grumpy as well haha. joints are feeling rough as well.

I have letro on hand and another 2 bottles of adex. what dosage of adex would you recommend?

I would add kessar and switch to letro. And when you kill estro you will feel sick and crappy. The last time i was on 2.5mg letro ed I felt like I was dying.

To be honest just 1 lump and the nipple isn't super puffy.

I have kessar as well

Whats the verdict gents?

I think I'll up to 15 drops of adex?

you could even start with 20 drops. i would rather go overkill than not enough

Guys I'm on 20 drops of Adex a day and the gyno is not budging. What do I do? I have letro. Please advise.

Change to Letro and add nolvadex. 25 drops

Yes 2.5mg/day Letro is standard dose for fighting gyno. You will feel less crap if you taper up over a few days but you can expect to feel like shit. It's worth it. Always best to add nolva as well like Oupa said if its stubborn gyno.

I find the best thing for my gynecomastia every time is Nolva, it gets to work right away, that bundled with aromasin (this is a magic drug) seems to revert most stubborn tissue, and the beauty of it, doesn't come with the harsh sides and near immediate flue I get when using letro. I've suffered gyno for going on 7 or 8 years, and so far thats the best combo for me
