Bridge & PCT

Hi Guys

Please need some advice

I just finished my 1st cycle
Week 1-5: Dianabol x 30mg p/d
Week 1-10: Sus250 x 500mg p/w

Had some pretty good gains about 9.5kg was aound 74kg and now just above 83kg and strength increased a lot.
Feeling good.

Now I have done some reading and found I will need to wait 54 days before I start my pct since sus has half life 18 days x 3 =54 days so I want to run a proviron & winny bridge before I start my pct can u please assist if this will be beneficial and what dosages to run or would you recommend something different.

My Pct will consist of Nolva and Clomid

I thought it was a minimum of three weeks but I could be wrong, 54 days sound excessive
You can run proviron and winstrol at 50mg ED
Clomid and Nolva will be fine
You did not use HCG?

Some say 45 some 54 in any event u are left with a long waiting period ...Winny for that long ...8 weeks ...use a lot of liver sups otherwise Anavar and Prov would work well... time it for 50 days = 3 bottles at 60 mg ...and start a week after the last pin and then PCT 2 days after last tablet ...
u need HCG with the clomid and Nolva PCT no 2

That is long Mike, what was is the ester inside that you have to wait so long for? I have always been told 3 weeks or just over.

The Deca ...but one part of the articles sect says 54 and another says 45...think it is a typo....

am I missing something

Sust or Omnadren 15 to 18 days x 3

Okay so I do have it correctly will need to wait between 45 - 54 days before starting the PCT. Will run Winny & Proviron or Prov and Anav will read some more and still decide today.
Will be doing PCT 1 as per sample cycles after.

I would recommend PCT 2 if you planning a bridge. Clomid/Nolva/HCG

Work on 7 week bridge (49days) before pct.

Okay. Thx for all the help guys will run with the advice of doing PCT 2 as Oupa suggest. For bridge decided to run 1 injectable and 1 oral. Propionate(1ml every 2nd day) & Prov(25mg p/d) for 48 days than on day 50 start PCT2
Please advise if this is reasonable or am I going about it totally wrong reason is dont want to run winny so long because of the strain on the liver etc and the person I get gear from can not get my anavar..

Prop is ouprops department ...supplier cant get Anavar need a better supplier boet

Wessel109 - If you plan running prop try and get about 6 week from it. 2 weeks after your last pin pct2 will start.

So 6weeks x 7days = 42 days prop. 42days + 2weeks(before pct)14days = 56 days in total bridge is 100%
Run your proviron with the prop but extend the prov until 2days before pct. If possible, up the proviron to 50mg ED.

The 1ml prop is debatable and i personally adjust the dosage according to my diet and training.

That would be against the rules but use a bit of common sense

Wessel, up your proviron throughout the bridge, not only the last 2 weeks.
