Long term anti estrogen use

Hi guys ,
Ok I have been off gear for a while 6 months to be exact. I had put on weight after Christmas but only in one specific area .. Tummy/ lower back and love handles. Diet is on point as I'm using a prescribed diet from a coach and training is good. Cardio everyday and weights. I'm thinking i have too much estrogen in my body. What would the harm be using something like nolva for a couple of months .. I should get bloods done which I will in the coming weeks. Any advice on long term use pro's and con's would be great.

This might not be an estrogen issue maybe an insulin sensitivity issue, start adding in natural glucose disposal agents such as alpha lipolic acid, chromium, cinnamon and if possible gynema extract, this will help with increasing sensetivity to insulin, adding in a magnesium supplement may also help as I have been doing loads of reading on lack of magnesium leading to type 2 diabetes. Its worth a shot trying these avenues first before long term ai use I think. It wouldn't be a bad thing to check estrogen, thyroid function and testosterone as increased abdominal fat may be from low testosterone. Adding in a supplement like longfolio jack can help this too...
