Gyno Concerns, Help Please was created by WitnessTheFitness
What's up guys,

I ran a cycle late last year that unfortunately came to a sudden end in early December because of an umbilical hernia that I picked up while training legs. I was advised to take a considerable amount of time off (roughly 6 weeks) since I didn't have it surgically repaired at the time.
This was the cycle I was running:

Week 1-9: 150mg PGW Test Prop EOD
Week 1-9: 40mg OralTec Proviron ED
Week 5-9: 40mg OralTec Winstrol ED

I had to stop the cycle at week 7.

My concern is that I may have some residual gyno and I'm not too sure how to go about it. I did use an AI throughout the cycle but here's the fuck up - I waited 14 days from my last pin to start the PCT and used OralTec Clomid 100mg for 10 days, however, the guy who gets me the gear was out of town for a while and I struggled to get the HCG and Nolva to complete the PCT.

After those 6 weeks of time I lost a considerable amount of my gains and got left with some bad back acne as well. I'm currently using Oratane 10mg a day for the acne since its origin is definitely due to hormone imbalance but my concern is more regarding my chest.

Visibly, my chest doesnt appear to look like moobs and neither are my nipples puffy but the only way I can describe my suspicion is that they jiggle quite a bit when doing activities like skip rope or dancing instead of being hard and firm. One of the main focuses of my cycle was to put some nice size on my chest, especially the upper chest, but I don't plan on cycling again this year and was hoping I could get some advise from the gurus out their to guide me on how to go about achieving a fuller, more developed chest and to advise me on the gyno concern.

I'll post photos after this post.

Thanks gents!

This was my condition about 2 weeks prior to getting the hernia:

Your guess is as good as ours, posting pictures whilst on cycle opposed to your new chest photos does not help. Fatty gyno? Recent pics? My chest also moves if i jump about etc but in one whole piece.

It looks like you already had some Gyno while you were on cycle.

These pictures were taken today.

My next goal is to really bring out the fullness of my chest. I've always struggled to put emphasis on the below area

My chest routine does have a lot of variation, but I feel that the progress I'm making is not proportional to the effort I'm putting when training chest.
