could i get a recommendation for my first course. i have a history of athleticism including boxing,a little weight training, so im fit and understand the concept of form over weight. i eat clean, and eat like a horse. basically i have read most of the articles on the website and a lot of the forums. i get the gist of anabolic cycles and PCT's. im just afraid to make a uninformed decision. the last thing i want is bitch tits.

muy current weight is 90KG and im 6'5" (195cm). im 22 years old. any suggestions on a good course (yes i did see the sample stacks) and also suggestions on amounts because im rather tall.

thanks and sorry if im asking stupid questions. would rather be safe than sorry...

IMO rather wait another three years and then hit the beginners cycle, height is not an issue but weight is and you are not that heavy for your height. Boxing will hinder your gains, trust me i was also a boxer and battled to get past 105kg due to the intense training. What are your goals?

at the moment iv'e down cardio to just 5 minute warm ups and 5 minute stretching.

then pure weight training with lots of compound exercises to focus on strength and and mass gain. im not to worried about staying lean, because i am naturally lean. im using pre-workout and pure whey, eating lots of carbs and proteins.

my goal is about 105 to 110 with 6% to 8% body fat after cutting

^^ This guy is right.

To oversimplify matters, your test production in your life is limited. It's just going to decrease from here on out. Using gear is going to give those slowly dwindling stores a good knock, and you'll never naturally produce as much as you did before the cycle. An average guy's peak production is around 21, some a bit earlier and some a bit later. For now, rather stick to eating and training hard man, it's not worth risking having to be on hormone replacement treatment from a relatively young age for the comparatively small boost you'll see at 22.

I'd advise you to make sure you're healthy. Give yourself a couple of vit b jabs every now and then (practice for when you start pinning yourself with test). Get some gaba, ZMA and D aspartic acid and make a nice cocktail before bed to make sure your body has all it needs to get as strong as you can.

Surely your boxing is every 2nd day or at least three times a weeks for a min of two hours, we used to do one and a half hours extreme cardio, runnning/situps/ bags/ shadow boxing and then it was 30 min in the ring. If this is what you are more or less doing excluding weight training then what is your calorie intake? When i did boxing i had an 8 pack of note. Eating like a horse was an understatment when you add your weight training to that schedule.
