I have heard a few members talking about this subject

What methord is better in terms of recovery

Clomid @ 100mg 7 days
Nolva @ 20mg 30 days

Or

Clomid @ 50mg 14 days
Nolva @ 20mg 30 days

There is no better way. It is all depending on what compounds was used, cycle time, age and recovery.

If your recovery from previous cycles was shit, and your libido & general well being went for a ball of shit, Aromasin, Clomid and Nolvadex is recommended.

All depends but i personally recommend 50mg Clomid for 14 days & Nolva @ 20mg for 4 weeks. On heavy cycles, 4 weeks clomid @ 50mg ED, Aromasin @ 20mg EOD and overlapping Nolvadex @ 20mg ED in the last week of clomid use. Continue Nolvadex use for 3 - 4 weeks.

So if I follow the beginner bulk cycle and use HCG on cycle and into bridge what PCT protocol would be best to follow?? The 50mg clomid for 14 days or the 100mg clomid for 7 days?? And if it is age dependend I'll be starting a cycle when I am 22 and that will be next year

Run 14 days clomid @ 50mg and 30 days Nolvadex @ 20mg. HCG in cycle from week 4 after the dblol frontload. 500iu per week.
