Hey peeps,

I took dpol and straight after took 2 cans of animal test sand now I think I have gyno. My chest looks like this:

Thats not me though.

So what AI can I use to reduce it? And how long do I use it?

I'm 30 years old, 94KGs, about 8% BF.

Your Dbol, was it a dbol only cycle at what doses and for how long ?

Is your chest similar to the picture link you have posted ?

That is some bad Gyno then imo, gyno is preventable with an AI on hand, but cannot be reversed with an AI as many sources state, at the onset perhaps, but not within the later stages. Surgery is the only option which works to reverse gyno.

Not dbol, dpol by purus labs.

My chest is not that big, but similar in the sense that my nips point downwards like the pic. And also I have no definition on the lower portion of my pecs. I can post a pic later if you wanna see actual size. My chest is actually small compared to the rest of my body.

I fail to see how those 2 supplements gave you gyno... some men naturally have high fat deposits around the nipples, this could be yojr case.. iv got a few mates who have never even trained and look like they have gyno..

It might just be more noticeable now with a lower bf.. were you ever overweight?

Agreed. I was of the same opinion but after a long time of no improvement, I'm not sure anymore. Particularly after seeing the pic that I posted.

I guess I could use a second opinion.

I was overweight about 7 years ago, probably between 16% and 18% BF. I then went down to about 10%. Then started lifting weights. Had trouble activating my chest muscles so carried on with other body parts. Had a couple of cutting cycles in between. Then started using over the counter Testosterone products. Then decided to go down to about 6-8%.

I guess I just expected an improvement in this area by now.

How did you get to a bodyfat total of 8% ? Accroding to those photos, you are at least 30%

You have no definition on the lower part of your pecs because you dont train your pecs. Pecs take years to build.

Do you have the gland/ball behind your nipple if you push on it?

That gyno can be from puberty. Did you have puffy nippels at the age of +- 16 ?

In my opinion, I would say I'm between 8-10% body fat. I didn't use any instruments, just a guess.

I don't feel a ball behind my nipples.

I don't recall having puffy nipples in my teens but I was overweight then.

Sorry bud you are nowhere near 10% bf. At 10% with a fair amount of muscle you can see your abs, clear delt separation and vascularity in arms and chest. Maybe 18%. Rome wasn't built in a day so keep at it. Maybe we can help you with your diet.

Google bodyfat percentages. Go to the images. and see what the different percentage types look like so you can have an idea for future reference bud.

With regards to building your chest. how often do you train it and what exercises do you do ?

you need alot of presses. such as bench press and dumbell press. and also movements such as flys and cross overs and peck deck.

Have a look at the bodyfat % so you can get an idea. and keep working on it. It takes several years to develop a good chest.

The fat deposits in your chest wil decrease as muscle develops.

I was pretty overweight through puberty and carry a fair bit of fat on my chest.
The best advise I can give you is gain muscle mass and focus less on cutting.
keep the diet clean and lift often and heavy.

There is that point where you can take a guy holding 18% fat but has a solid frame and he would look better off than a guy at 10% carrying less muscle, the words skinny fat spring to mind.

I would recommend you get your BF taken by a competent person and asses your goals from there, i would put you around 20% plus.

Stay at it, it takes time and don't give up.

Hmm ok.

I've mainly been focusing on cutting fat the past few weeks. Also been doing pushups 2 or 3 times a week to strengthen the mind muscle connection.

My actual chest routine includes the following exercises:
4 sets Bench Press
4 sets Incline DB Press
4 sets Incline DB Fly
4 sets Bent over crossover flys

My bulking diet is as follows:
08:00 protein shake (25g protein)
08:30 oats with peanut butter and coconut
12:00 brown rice, 200g chicken (40g protein), half avocado
15:30 brown rice, 200g chicken (40g protein), half avocado
19:00 oats
20:00 train
21:30 protein shake (25g protein)
21:30 brown rice, 200g chicken (40g protein), half avocado

My advice.

Dont bulk when you have high bodyfat. First go drop the extra poundage then start building.

So after my shower yesterday I weighed myself at the gym. The scale said 90kg but I just know I'm more like 80kg! I must have been wearing a really heavy towel!

Haha no flop. I think my definition of what body fat percentages are was what was throwing me for a loop.

I'll continue with my plan of cutting till I get to around 10% BF (the legit 10% BF!),then carry on bulking.

Can anyone recommend a good fat burner aside from those that cause palpitations? Is yohimbe any good?

Yeah. Fatburner's are to get from 8% to 6%. To get from high teens to low is diet only. Read the sticky on keto diet. THen Dieting 101. Work out your maintenance calories with the formulae's given and you're set.
