Hi I'm 31 years old weigh 74kgs and need some urgent advise up until 3months ago I weighed 65kgs until a friend said he could get roids for me got 10amps of testroviron depot and it boosted me up by 10kgs couldn't get more lost contact with friend and know I'm struggling to maintain my weight once again. Threw the years I've tried various diets and still loose or not even pick up a kg. I'm taking in 4500 calories nd 400g of protein a day and not getting any were what should I do,can't go back on roids don't know we're I can buy please any advise would be awesome

Your question is not clear and that is why I didn't approve your message initially. Are you asking advice on your cycle and diet or on a supplier? If it's the latter you will have to familiarise yourself with our rules before you make more posts.

You cannot ask for suppliers on this forum and you will also have to use more descriptive subjects, "advice" is simply not good enough.

Hi sorry about that like I said never been on a forum before. No I'm not looking for info about were to get roids just need some advise on how to gain weight and what should I be doing gym like theirs no tomorrow but not getting any were,and eat every 2 hours so just thought their could be some thing out their to try doing (not roids) but diet related that I can try again sorry about the previous post will try and define them

Im in the same predicament as you very fast metabolism.
2012 oi weighed 74 im now on 90.
Only way u gonna get there is diet i would advice looking at the diet stickies theres alot of info there and start calorie counting im also on about a 4500 calorie diet. Excercise wise low reps 6-8 as heavy as you can i would also advice maybe get a training partner so you can go as heavy and if you fail he can help. another point stay away from genereric gym programs look at was is lagging and punch those body parts twice a week.
