PCT for long term H.R.T.

168lbs, 5'8"
Roughly 7% bf

Been on 240mg Test Cyp (one shot per week) for about 7 months through my doctor as a testosterone replacement therapy. Ive been extremely happy with the results and Im planning on doing a fitness photo shoot in 8 weeks.
My question is: I am wanting to add Tren Enanthate or Tren Hex to my cycle. How much and Im also wondering what kind of PCT I should do after I run Tren for 8 weeks. I still want to stay on my low dose of Test C to continue on with my replacement therapy. I also thought using Exemestane would be beneficial. Right now I take .2 mL of Liquidex every 3-4 days.

You're already at a low body fat, I would do Tren at around 350-500mg per week until the shoot, 50mg Winstrol every day for the last 4-5 weeks and bump your Test dose to 500mg per week to stop yourself from going flat until after the shoot.

You won't need a PCT if you are on TRT/HRT, PCT is to restore natural testosterone levels which you will not need if you are relying on exogenous testosterone injections.

Weeks 1-8 = 350-500mg Tren E/Hex per week
Weeks 4-8 = 50mg Winstrol every day
Weeks 1-8 = 500mg Test C per week

thank you for the info. that is very much along the lines of what i was thinking as well. i just wasnt sure how to treat a possible PCT if a Test hormone replacement therapy routine was in place.

So coming off of Tren and Winstrol after Im done with them wont require any kind of PCT?

Nope if you remain on TRT, you will need to add some cabaser if you are going to use tren and that's about it. No PCT.

Great info. Thank you both...Ive been reading up as much as I can on Tren for the last couple weeks before I buy. Looks like Cabergoline comes in .5mg/tab (4 tabs total). How much should I have on hand to take and when should I start and what dose?

Personally I would do tren e 10 to 12 weeks but 8 will work. You can start your cabergoline from week 3 of tren to at least 4 weeks after discontinuation of tren. Dose is 0.5mg every five days. Share that photo shoot with us brother.

As above, I would do 10-12 weeks too. I was being an idiot and only thinking up until the shoot haha

You're pretty light at 76Kg/168lb. Anything over 300mg/week would be unnecessary and the side effects vs. benefits ratio would be more unfavourable. Tren is potent.
