Bridge after 10 week Prop cycle

Hey Guys,

Currently starting week 9 of a 10 week prop cycle, can extend to 12 weeks if needed.

I've read a bit about bridging during the waiting period before pct.

Would it be worth my time & money to get some var & bridge from week 9 until pct?

If so what dose 50mg or 70mg.

I'm looking at doing pct 1 would adding the var need change anything with this?

Also pct 1 is for shot cycle 8 weeks, would going to 12 week need a larger pct?

If you using prop you will have a 14 day bridge. This is far too short a period of time to run Var. Rather ride it out bud.

PCT 1 is ok for 12 weeks too
