Okay, so can I ask you this... if this was your blood work is the only thing you'd do is carry on with Aromasin? he ran letro agin for a few weeks... but that shit literally makes you bipolar. :blink: its pretty evil shit in my humble opinion! it alters your moods in a very odd kinda way!

The lump is gone and seems to be staying away! holding thumbs bru!

So this was my advice.. taper off the Letro [that's been done already] then just give it time and the test levels, libido, sex drive etc should revert back to normal. i'd say in another two months? if it's still not back to normal then we re-assess the situation and action accordingly. I think he just needs more time! am i correct?

He's stressing that his libido, sex drive is still so low. but that's cause of those E2 levels been on the high end of the scale right?

Hi Ron.

I would say if the lump is gone get him on Aromasin asap as Pyro advised.
Aromas in is a suicide type Anti Estrogen but it does not give you E2 rebound like other AI's do. It has two other benefits also for your bud. It also raises test levels and IGF-1 levels. E2 enzyme activity will slowly return to a normal level after Aromas in is stopped.

Thanx bro! It's always nice to receive some appreciation for all the time you put in. Reg. your friend, I don't think we are on the same page so maybe I am not explaining myself in the right way. Letro in low dosages is mostly side effect free. Letro in high dosages such as when you fight breast tissue is a cold heartless beeatch, but still better than living with B cups. :lol: especially when your boobs are bigger than your wife's. The next action if it were my bloodwork is clear:
1) Start Aromasin 20mg ED for 60 days
2) because the Aromasin takes two weeks to get in full swing, take Letro at a reasonable dosage. No need to taper off if you are running Aromasin in parallel.
3) His breast tissue has gone away, yes? So you HAVE TO see it as a sign you are kicking that tissue's ass!! Imagine going through all of this and not seeing any improvement?
4) The blood tests confirm that we know exactly what the problem is, and the fact that the breast tissue is kakking off confirms this.

soon as my supplier opens up again i'll have the Aromasin on order and he will bang it for two months as you mention above!

I wanna ask you, with these kind of blood results could he run a test only cycle? considering all other factors are in check > nutrition, BF %, training?

Thank you for the kind words bro! Your mate will have to wait for the lump to disappear and wait a while before going on cycle. That lump is an aromatase supersite so all of that beautiful test is gonna convert to estrogen and the sides would be terrible.
