need help/advice - pct

New here but just need some advice. I started taking steriods last year in november and did a 6 week cycle of sustanon and dianabol, waited 4 weeks after that and did another one in january, 4 weeks off and did another one in may which ended in june. I didnt run a pct. Yes this was stupid. I know that now. I started a pct 4 weeks ago consisting of clomid and nolvadex which i finished last week. My testicles seem to have returned to normal size but my sex drive is still not 100% and erections do not last long. Is this temporary? Im 30 years old. Im scared that i have done some major damage yo my system. Anyone have similar experiences? I am getting blood tests done next month. Appreciate any advice please.

You need a long time off now to determine what the real story is with your endocrine system. There is no way of knowing how well you will recover even if you get blood tests done now. All they will show is that right now things look pretty bad but that's to be expected and will improve.

That was very irresponsible steroid use so what you're experiencing now is to be expected. It will probably take a good few months for things to come right. The best is to stay off and let your body recover. Taking HCG now or doing another PCT now might make you feel a bit better but then you'll just have to bounce back from that and wait some more. Give it another 2 months off everything except natural supplements. Get some cialis.

Thanks for the response. Yes am taking a good 6 months off. Not planning to cycle untill next year again if everything goes back to normal. Have seen an improvement after pct but not 100%. Got ciallis from my doc aswell. Hoping i wont need it forever. Is it possible to fully recover after this?

Don't worry too much dude it was stupid sure (and you realise this now) but you didn't do some of the ridiculous shit some of these clowns do and they normally bounce back just fine. Just stick it out and know you will get back to normal soon.

In the meantime it is Cialis bro. We have all been there.
The fact that your sac has returned to normality is already a good sign.

Thanks so much for all the advice! Yeah will definitely ask for some help on the next cycle. Hitting the gym hard again to get some of my muscle back which seems to be working:) hopefully can get off the cialis soon too!
