Hi Guys,

For the experienced okes on here what would you say is the perfect PCT if you have been on gear for a very long time. PCT3? Or something a bit more or longer?

The "perfect" PCT, quite simply, is what works for you...

Some guys may be genetically gifted in that even after a very suppressive cycle a simple PCT regimen gets them back to normal.

Other guys may require more intense and multiple regimens. Some may even not ever "recover" necessitating TRT. There is no hard and fast rule. This is the "dark" side of medicine and physiology as there isn't any peer reviewed research (or very little at best utilising prime athletes constantly monitored with known baselines which doesn't really translate in "normal" people).

Most of the feedback is anecdotal and this is why we encourage guys to research and learn as much as possible so that they can understand what is happening and when to react to something.

You can utilise path labs for bloods to get levels like free Test, LH, FSH etc but unless you have a in depth knowledge of what these levels mean it may as well be Greek. Obviously guys like Pyro and MA can give feedback but it may be a day or two before you get it.

Good judgement comes from experience.
Experience comes from bad judgement.
