Hi Guys

I completed the below cycle, and currenty in week 3 of my PCT (PCT 1 as per the article section)

- Week 1-12 - Testoviron 500mg per week (250mg 2x per week)
- Week 10-16 - Winstrol 40mg ED
- Week 17-20 - PCT 1 as per this site (Clomid and Nolva)
- Arimidex .5mg EOD
- HCG in cycle started from week 5 - 16 @ 500iu per week (250ui 2x per week)

I stopped the HCG and Arimidex after the cycle

I am starting to have itchy and sensitive nipples since the weekend. What would you suggest I do? The research I have done again gives conflicting info. Some say increase Nolva, and some that I must use the Arimidex/Lectro. I want the safest/best option, so I rather check-in here where I have received only good advice in the past that I trust

are your nips just itchy or swollen and is there a little bump under the nipple? Oh and try leave the nips alone, don't scratch or anything

At this stage just very itchi and sensitive. Not puffy really. But I do feel something with a harder texture on both sides. not sure if this is tissue or muscle

@Pump should be able to tell you exactly what to do. or one of the more knowledgeable guys.

but what are you currently using? just the Nolva? and how much? Did you wait the time you had to after your last test shot? from what you said it looks like you bridged with winstrol?

Yes I followed everything on this site to the last bit. Waited 35 days after last test shot, as I was bridging with Winny.

I took 100mg ED Clomid for 1st 7 days, and from week 2 taking 20mg Nolva ED

stick with the nolva, maybe get yourself another x30 nolva and continue with the 20mg. I have the same issue on my right nip after week 1 on clomid.

wait for one of the more experienced guys to chip in and say if you need letro or an AI

Your problem was stopping the Adex to quickly and you had a rebound effect. You should have come of it extremely slow if you are not doing PCT 3 that contains Aromasin. Reintroduce the Adex at a very low dose and stop the Clomid, continue as normal with the Nolva, once your nipples are feeling better (do not pay with then or touch them), you will know if they feeling better, then reduce the AI extremely slowly and as Demolish said get yourself another 30 Nolva and hopefully by the time you get to your second month of Nolva you are completely off the AI. There is other options, many, but this should do the trick.

Thx Pump - sorry I only saw your reply now :-(

The Clomid i only did for the 1st 7 days, with no gyno symptoms. Im in week 3 Nolva now

What dosage do you suggest on the Adex? I used .5mg EOD, and also, do I just do another 30day's Nolva then?

Hey guys

Any other advice - I dont seem to get rid of the itchy and sensitive nipples :-(

I started taking Adex @.25mg ED for the last couple of days with the Nolva 20mg ED till symptoms get better?

Adex at 0.25mg is simply not enough, 0.5mg or 1mg when you have itchy nipples.

Great thx Admin and Pyro

I will up the dosage to .5mg ED and see what happens, and then reduce dosage when nipples feel better. I have exactly 7 days' Nolva left as part of my PCT, then my PCT is done. So is the advice to use Nolva for another week or longer, and when do I drop the Adex completely?

Thx guys for all the help - really appreciate it!! As this is my 1st cycle, I want to do everything properly as per the advice from you okes!

Adex will help with recovery if you stopping the Nolva in a week that's fine. Just go forward with the Adex and run it past the point that your nipples are feeling fine. The trick is going to be coming off without causing a rebound effect and you might get away with slowly reducing the dose or to finish off with Aromasin.

For me if you have trouble with gyno during PCT then like Pump is saying Aromasin is a must to prevent estrogen rebound and future risk of gyno.

Just an update.. been on Adex 1mg ED as suggested for almost 2 weeks now, and not much improvement on the sensitive nipps. Should your professional opinion be to continue with the Adex, or get Aromasin perhaps?

It doesn't mean that it's not working if they still sensitive but it does sound like it's affected you quite bad. I wouldn't be advising on swapping anything but I might consider adding some Nolva back in to the mix.

Do I just take the Nolva then 20mg ED for 30 days, and keep going with the Adex?

I think im also frustrated and disapointed that this is now happening. I spent 5 years to research and followed my cycle, pct, and diet 110% to the last detail, as this was my 1st cycle. I obviously knew the risks involved and I guesss everyone's body handles the juice different. I understand the you are also very sensitive to the gyno biatch.. So any advice from you for future would be highly appreciated!

Otherwise im happy with the results, on the cycle Oupa recommended

But now that I know im obviously very prone to gyno, I should keep it in mind for my next cycle in a few months
