Possible first time ever Gyno ?

Good day Guys,

It's been a week now that I have a slight discomfort on top(behind) left nipple with a slight lump. I am at beginning of week 5 of my 15 week cycle consisting of the following and then going on Winny and Proviron bridge:
Cycle:Started on 4 April 2016
Anapolon LP 100mg p.d split in 2 (05h40 and 18h00) First 25 days (Stopped Anaps on 25 April 2016)
Sustaplex 325 - 1ml twice weekly for 15 weeks 650mg p.w(Mo + Thu night) Total 30ml
Organon Deca - 1ml twice weekly for 12 weeks 200mg p.w(Mo + Thu night) Total 24ml

I started week 4 pinning HCG at 500IU twice a week (3 pins to date = 1500IU) and also started week 4 with Cabaser 0.5mg every 5th day(1.5mg) so far.
Should I add anything ? I have the following on hand: Nolvadex, Tamoxiplex, Anastrozole. The Anastrozole(orange colour) and Nolvadex has been opened more than a year ago, but sealed very good and kept in clean medicine cabinet.
Your assistance in this regard will be highly appreciated......

P.S. With clean diet I have gained 5kg in this first month.

I'd pull out the HCG until week 10 (it can increase estro sides, and you don't need it so early in your cycle anyway) and maybe add in the adex. You don't want to get to the point where you have gyno symptoms showing, and lumps don't just pop out of the blue. Have you had blood done?

Not sure what your adex is dosed at, but maybe start off at .25mg EOD.

How did you go estro wise during your previous cycles?

Eidolon, I was advised by a very senior member on this forum to start the HCG at week 4 at 1000IU per week.. The Tamoxiplex that I have is from Axiolabs and 20mg/tabs. Anastrozole is by Liquid Pharma and dosed at 2mg/ml. I will have bloods done after PCT. I have done 7 cycles before and never experienced any sides.

I always do bloods mid cycle when I add new compounds, because that's the only way to really tell what's going on. More importantly, you'll know for sure what ancillaries you need to add or drop.

All the advice here is based on personal experience, and while I don't want to contradict anyone, whoever advised you will agree we are not all exactly the same. If all your products are legit, your progest/lactin should be under control considering the cabaser dose. Although it takes a while to kick in.

HCG is a nice to have, rather than something you want to run if you're seeing gyno, which is why I suggested you drop it. I'd rather have a slightly tougher recovery than tits, but that's just me

5kg in 4 weeks, good gains. The Adex will still be 100% to use, start with 10 drops EOD and lets take it from there. Don't add the Nolvadex as of yet, the adex should sort it.

You can also reduce the HCG to 500iu per week.

Oupa, I will start the Adex at 10 drops EOD and also reduce the HCG to 500IU p.w.

Give it a few days and let us know. If it doesn't improve we will up the adex dose and bring in nolvadex

Will do exactly that and give feedback in a week on progress.

Feedback:

Anastrozole - 10 drops eod since last Tuesday
HCG - 500IU every Monday
Cabaser - Still 0.5mg every 5th day

Discomfort and slight pain is gone. Can still feel small lump. Overall it is much better.

Lump is the size of ??

@Northboy, that's as good as it's going to get.. Maybe slightly smaller once you off all hormones and your body balances itself out
