Hi All

I am almost done with an 8 week VAR cycle, with the max of 40mg a day.

I was advised to use Pfizer Kesser 20mg for PCT.

Is this recommended?

Hi,

Start with Clomid @ 50mg ED for 14 days, followed by 30 days of Nolvadex/Kessar @ 20mg ED.

Shot for the advice.

The results are not drastic however good enough fo rme.

I picked up 3.5 kgs and lost a noticeable amount of fat.

WIth my next cycle of VAR I want to use Clen with it.

with your next cycle maybe add something like milk thistle as well since you going it 8 weeks at a time.

PS don't forget that time on = time off

That was my first cycle, got stong, no major gains
3.5 kg is nothing
Try some test injectable
My first cycle when I knew nothing and sought after zero advice
I used 100 mg daily, very expensive bud
